BIT SERVICE STAFF FEATURES - ESTERHAZY

And last but certainly not least in our staff features, are our production and warehouse team in Esterhazy.

Our Esterhazy location has been operating since 1965, and has been serving the longest running potash mines in Saskatchewan. It houses 6 superstars, who are all focused on providing the best products and services to our clients.

Byron Urzada is a welder who has been with us for a decade now. Byron explained that he particularly enjoys welding in general, mainly when there is something new to learn. Predator is Byron´s top movie pick, and he has a particular penchant for pizza and coffee. Byron pointed to the peacefulness of life in Saskatchewan that makes it stand out from any other place.

Terry Patrick is also a welder and has been a member of the Bit Service family for an impressive 12 years already. According to Terry, the stability of the job is his favorite aspect of his work. As for living in Saskatchewan, Terry likes it a lot, especially for the deer hunting options that abound here.

Danny Bugoy is a grinder at Bit Service, who has been with the company for two years now. In his role here, Danny revealed that he likes the First Grind operation the best. When asked about movies, Danny mentioned Jurassic Park as his favorite film, while the Hardy Boys ranked top on his all-time reading list. If you were to cook for Danny, your best bet would be to prepare his absolute ideal meal: spaghetti and meatballs. Also a fan of living in Saskatchewan, Danny appreciates that it is a farming community.

Craig Urzada is our Esterhazy location shop foreman and has been with us for a remarkable 14 years. The problem-solving aspect and ability to help others are the two top things he enjoys about his current role. Of all the films he’s seen and books he’s read, Craig lists xXx and Into The Wild as the best. Regarding his top food and beverage picks, Craig insists that nothing beats a good barbecue steak and iced tea. When asked about living in Saskatchewan, Craig says it’s great because it feels like home, no matter where you are in the province.

Another Bit Service welder we wanted to highlight is Aaron Hayden, who has been with us for seven years. Aaron says he really enjoys welding as a career and that the reason why he particularly loves living here is due to the ability to experience the four seasons all in a single month. As for Aaron’s top film and food and beverage picks? Those honors go to Moana and a good old-fashioned combo of a burger with fries and a chocolate milk.

We are extremely proud of all of our team members. If you’d like to learn more about what we do, and how we can serve you, contact us today for more information.
